PS2000 Form

This form is used for non-titled utility trailers.  The State requires a form with both the seller's and buyer's signature.  When a utility trailer does not have a title, this is the form that provides the State with both signatures and the buyer's information.

Please note, utility trailers can be titled.  When a utility trailer has/has had a loan placed against it, it will be titled.
