Obtaining an Auctioneer's License in MN
Step 1. You will need an auctioneer's bond of $1,000-$3,000 to apply for an auctioneers license in MN. The amount of the bond requirement will depend on your county of residence. Call or walk into your County Office to verify the bonding requirements. This bond generally costs about $80 per year.
