Firearms sold on K-BID.com must be sold by an active licensed firearms dealer (FFL). The FFL dealer must be identified by name and license number in the auction terms.
IMPORTANT: ATF regulations prohibit affiliates without an FFL, from being involved in the act of selling firearms (including taking possession, transporting, taking payment for a firearm, etc.).
K-BID has a class 1 FFL, dba The Arms Gallery. Affiliates may refer sellers with firearms to K-BID to sell. The owner of the firearms will need to contact K-BID directly to arrange a time to drop off their firearms and complete the Firearms Consignment form. The firearms will be listed on the next firearm auction conducted by The Arms Gallery.
Depending on the value of the firearms referred to K-BID, affiliates may receive a referral fee. To be consider for the referral fee, the affiliate must notify K-BID in writing (affiliateservices@k-bidmail.com) that a firearms referral was made, providing the seller’s name.
