Description
|
| Unsaved | Prior to posting | Initial state. From this status can only transition to Draft. Or can be abandoned and never saved to Draft. |
| Draft | Prior to posting | The auction is in a draft state. It will stay in this state until it is either published or deleted. Bidders can not see an auction in draft status. |
| Deleted | Prior to posting | The auction was deleted. Bidders will not be able to see a deleted auction. |
| Needs Review | Prior to posting | The auction is published but on hold pending a review by K-BID. |
| Pending | Prior to posting | The auction is published and has a start date in the future. |
| Active | Auction is live | The auction is published and its start date is in the past. The auction is now live and open to bidding. |
| Impending Close | Auction is live | Auction is within 6 hours of its scheduled close time. Within this status auctions are locked and no adjustments can be made. |
| Closing | Auction is live | Auction has reached its scheduled close. At least one item is closing and at least one item is not fully closed. |
| Closed | Auction Closed | All items in the auction have closed. This, like Closing, is dependent on extended bidding and staggered close logic at the Auction Item level. |
| Invoices Generated | Auction Closed | The invoices have been generated. This sends win notifications to the winning bidders and places the invoice in their dashboard. |
| Invoices Processed | Auction Closed | All invoices have been processed - meaning they have been marked Paid(cash), Paid(credit), No-Sale or No-Show. |
| Settled | Auction Closed | Affiliate triggered status after all invoices have been processed. Meaning that the affiliate has settled this auction with the seller(s) and no longer needs to actively work within the auction. All auction functions are still available within this status. |
