Software Feature Updates:
Most impactful change for affiliates: By default, buyers can now cancel or modify their removal appointments up to one hour before the scheduled time. If you prefer to prevent same-day cancellations or changes, simply check the corresponding box on the Edit Auction page to restrict this ability. Affiliates can always cancel or change an appointment for the buyer.
Other updates completed:
Shipping & Appointment Logic
- When a bidder requests shipping, any existing removal appointments for that lot will now be automatically removed.
- Bidders who request shipping will no longer receive SMS removal reminders.
Auction & Invoice Enhancements
- First bid confirmation message now includes the auction end date.
- Auction Edit Page now calculates estimated time to close the auction based on the number of lots.
- Invoice page now displays the full removal schedule when the bidder has not scheduled an appointment.
- Invoices with "Pay Onsite" status now allow the option to "Pay Offsite."
- If online payment is disabled at the auction or lot level, the “Pay Online” option will no longer appear on the invoice detail page.
- Added clarification text on invoice detail pages when “Pay Online” is unavailable (e.g., due to over max, disabled auction/lot).
Appointments & Scheduling
- Affiliates now have the ability to block same-day cancellations for appointments (inspection or removal).
- Bidder invoice page improvements: Includes upcoming appointments, missing appointments, and other visual enhancements.
- Fixed bug that allowed duplicate appointment bookings.
- Added ability to “block out” appointment windows for affiliates.
Auction Admin Tools
- Auction Edit/Create Pages now include a panel for setting auction increments (editable by admins only).
- Panels on the Auction Edit/Create Pages are now open by default on desktop and closed by default on mobile.
Invoice Enhancements
- “Address Line 2” is now included on the bidder PDF invoice.

Effective June 1 our base rate for each marketing channel (Front Page Banner, Bidder Email Blast, Facebook Ad) will be $150. This modest increase reflects higher ad, design, and creative costs while still delivering top-tier traffic at a fraction of market rates.
We’re also rolling out a new option—the Front Page Solo Banner (see sample below). It’s an exclusive, above-the-fold spotlight for a single auction, bookable for 3 to 5 consecutive days at $100 per day (3 day minimum).
The Marketing Rebate Program will remain unchanged at $100 rebated for each $1,000 payable in BP.
