Vehicle Registration Form - Affiliate Dealers

This article is for affiliates who use their own dealers license to sell vehicles on K-BID.com. 

 An electronic Vehicle Registration Form (VRF) has been added to the website and will appear on the bidder’s dashboard, along with the winning bidder invoice, for every lot assigned to the following item categories: 

• Boats/Boat Trailers 
• Cars/Trucks/Motorcycles 
• Collector Vehicles 
• Commercial Vehicles  
• RV/Campers 
• Trailers 

The intent of the VRF is to provide affiliate dealers with the information required to transfer ownership of the vehicle prior to the auction removal. This allows dealers to do some prep work, to limit the paperwork delay during the auction removal.  Below is a snapshot of a winning bidders dashboard with links to the Vehicle Registration Form.   

Affiliates will access the Vehicle Registration Form from ‘List Invoices’.  Please note on ‘List Invoices’ the Vehicle Registration Form is called ‘Bidder Supplied Info’ – the reason for this is this format will be used in the future for other asset-types requiring additional bidder information.

When and how affiliate dealers use the Bidder Supplied Info is up to them.  Our goal is to do what we can to make the auction removal as efficient as possible.
