Vehicles/Trailers sold in Minnesota must be processed by a licensed dealer through MNDrive. MNDrive requires dealers to do the data entry required to transfer a vehicle at the point of sale – which means additional time will be required during the auction removal to complete the title work.
To limit the paperwork delay during the auction removal, winning bidders of vehicles/trailers will receive a Vehicle Registration Form on their bidder dashboard, along with their invoice. The intent is for the winning bidder to complete and submit the Vehicle Registration Form before the auction removal so the dealer of record can prep for the auction removal. Below is a snapshot of a winning bidder’s dashboard with links to the Vehicle Registration Form.
Vehicle Registration Forms will appear on the bidder’s dashboard for every lot assigned to one of the following categories:
- Boats/Boat Trailers
- Cars/Trucks/Motorcycles
- Collector Vehicles
- Commercial Vehicles
- RV/Campers
- Trailers
Affiliates have access to the Vehicle Registration Form from ‘List Invoices’. Please note on ‘List Invoices’ the Vehicle Registration Form is called ‘Bidder Supplied Info’. Affiliates should check to make sure the winning bidders have completed and submitted these forms by early afternoon the day following the auction close. This will allow the dealer enough time to do the prep work that will keep the auction removal moving along as efficiently as possible.
Affiliates will have the option to download a batch of all supplied info on the bottom of the invoice list:
