Each person in your company should have their own user account in both K-BID and K-LOT. K-LOT uses the same login credentials as your K-BID account, so the affiliate sub-user must be created in K-BID first before that person can access K-LOT.
We strongly recommend giving each member of your team their own user account. To create an account that can work in your auctions, start by going to K-BID.com.
Go to your Dashboard and click on the "Reports/Tools" tab.
Select "Manage Affiliate Users": https://www.k-bid.com/affiliate-user/list
Create a new user for each member of your team.
