Bidder Completes Vehicle Registration Form
The winning bidder receives an invoice for the titled/registered asset (vehicle or trailer) on their dashboard, along with a link to a Vehicle Registration Form (VRF) that must be completed and submitted prior to the auction removal.

If the winning bidder has not completed and submitted the VRF by the morning after the auction closed, the affiliate should contact the winning bidder and remind them to fill out and submit the VRF ASAP. (affiliates can see if a bidder has submitted their VRF on the List Invoices page of that auction – on the list invoices page the form is referred to as Bidder Supplied Info.
VRF Submitted/Fees Adjusted
After the VRF is submitted, K-BID will adjust the vehicle fees based on the information provided on the VRF. As soon as the vehicle fees have been adjusted, the affiliate can print the winning bidder invoices in preparation for the auction removal. (Invoices will be adjusted by noon the next business day if the VRF’s are received before 11am.)
Prepare for Auction Removal
Affiliate reviews the Title Work Checklist and ensures they have all the forms and knows where and which forms the winning bidder must sign during the auction removal.
