Title Work

K-BID must have the originally signed, completed title work in hand. The title checklist must be filled out and submitted along with the other title documents listed on the checklist for each vehicle.  Affiliates are responsible for submitting properly signed and completed title work.

Checklists must still be submitted if the vehicle was a NO SHOW or a No Sale.

Late fees will be charged for late or incomplete title work.

K-BID will finish preparing the title work and submit it to the Dept. of Motor Vehicles for processing within 3 business days.

Vehicle Fee (VF) Payments

Affiliates must submit the vehicle fees to K-BID through Bill & Pay by the date indicated on the checklist.  Since VF are not invoiced, affiliates will enter the VF amount they are paying in the "Additional Payment" box in Bill & Pay. The Payment Notes must contain the Auction # and Lot #s (with $ amount paid per lot) for the vehicles the payment covers.  Failure to pay the VF by the date indicated on the checklist for each titled asset, will result in a late penalty per lot.
