Coming the week of April 28, 2025: bidders will be able to reschedule their removal appointments on their own at any time. Affiliates can choose to block same-day changes; when that setting is enabled, buyers must contact the affiliate to adjust their appointment. We will update you accordingly.
Affiliate's can reopen or change an appointment that a buyer has scheduled for removal.
From the Invoice list, select Invoice Detail.
On the Invoice detail page, you can see the winning bidders selection, change their shipping or pickup preference and select the Affiliate Cancel Appointment button to remove the selected appointment.
Once reopened, you can alert the bidder to make a new appointment, or select the appointment time for them.
The Notes section on the Invoice Detail page will show the history of the bidder selections and allow you to publicly message the buyer or enter a private note.
Changing Shipping Status:
In a similar fashion, on the bidders Manage Invoice Page, Affiliates can reopen and change the shipping or pick up preference:
